Florence Freedom starting catcher Jim Jacquot along with the Mayor of Florence Kentucky Diane E. Whalen as well as the Florence Freedom mascot took part in the ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday for the Italian restaurant Buca di Beppo in the Florence Mal. Jim also hit one of Buca's signature frozen "Meatballs". Jim was also immortalized in marinara sauce as well as the Mayor of Florence Kentucky Diane E. Whalen.  The new restaurant will seat up to 220 guests and has brought 75 jobs to area.
