Mike's Carwash expands to Northern Kentucky | Business

FLORENCE, KY (FOX19) - Mike’s Carwash is bringing its advanced carwash technology and award-winning customer service to a third state, with the opening of its newest location in Florence.  This marks the 42nd location for the Indianapolis-based carwash chain.  Previously, Mike’s operated only in Indiana and Ohio.

The state-of-the-art, $3 million carwash facility in the Cincinnati suburb features a new architectural design and several high-tech amenities, including the latest self-serve vacuum system.  The location brings 18 new jobs to the Florence area, both full- and part-time.

Since last Fall, the company has also added a location in Columbus, IN and one in Evansville, IN.

“It’s been very busy these past few months,” said Mike’s CEO Bill Dahm of the recent expansion.  “And now we’re excited to serve these new markets and become part of their communities,” he added.

Mike’s is the 4th largest carwash chain in the U.S.
